On Sunday October 8, 2017 at approximately 9:25 pm, the Adair County Sheriff's Office responded to a two vehicle auto accident on Ky North 61 with possible injuries.
The accident occurred when 20-year-old Lesley Ferguson of Columbia operating her 2008 Pontiac failed to notice another vehicle stopped to turn into a residence just passed Milltown road on 61.The other vehicle was a 2004 Ford Focus operated by 47-year-old Pamela Flowers along with two passengers Judy Coffey and Regina French all of Columbia. Both units were traveling North on 61.
Adair County EMS responded and transported 85-year-old Regina French for possible injuries sustained. Deputy Brandon Hitch with the Adair County Sheriff's Office is the investigating officer and was assisted by Deputy Josh Durbin and Adair Emergency Management Director Mike Keltner.
