The man accused of the murder of a Pulaski County woman has plead guilty.
Dwight Mitchell Bell was charged in the August death of 70 year old Ruthie Carolyn New. Her body was found in the activity center of the Denham Street Baptist Church. Bell fled the scene in New's vehicle. He was later found in Dandridge, Tennessee.
In 1999, Bell was convicted of Manslaughter for the death of his father in Indiana. He was also wanted in Indiana on a strangulation charge.
Bell is expected to be sentenced on Murder and Robbery charges Thursday.
