A Summersville, KY man will go to prison on manslaughter charges after being convicted by a Green County Jury on Friday in Greensburg.
Will Calhoon was found guilty in the stabbing death of Gerald Scott also of Summersville. Calhoon was also found guilty on "Persistant Felony Offender" charges.
The crime occured last year at Scott's residence on Hudgins Highway just north of Summersville.
The jury is recommending 10 years on the manslaughter charge and 25 years on the " Persistant Felony Offender" charge.
Sentencing for Will Calhoon will be in December in Greensburg.
