An Adair Co. man was arrested on drug charges earlier this week after an altercation.
On Monday, Dec.12, 2017 at approximately 7:30pmCT, Columbia Police Officers Jamie Cole and Josh Brockman were dispatched to a reported altercation on Miller Street in Columbia involving two males fighting. Upon arrival, officers located parties involved and during investigation of the complaint it was found that Lewis Bardin age 37 of Columbia was in possession of methamphetamine as well as multiple used syringes.
Bardin was arrested by CPD Ofc. Cole on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
