According to Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck, deputies responded to a stabbing incident in Bronston, Kentucky at approximately 8:14 PM on Thursday, May 3, 2018.
Upon arrival at the residence on 576 Jacksboro Road, Sergeant Kyle Wilson and Deputy Tim Pierce found a victim, Hawk Prather, age 52 suffering from a severe laceration to the face. Deputy Pierce learned that an altercation between Prather and his brother-in-law, Michael Charles, age 45 of the same address resulted in the wound to the victims face.
Hawk Prather was airlifted from the scene by Air Methods to the University of Kentucky Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
No arrests were made on Thursday evening pending further interviews and investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office.
Units were assisted at the scene by volunteers of the Bronston Fire Department.
