On Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at approximately 11:00amET, Casey County Sheriff’s Deputy Bryan Shepard arrested Tiffany Reid, 34, of Liberty. Reid was arrested on an indictment warrant for theft, promoting contraband and possession of methamphetamine.
