A Nancy, KY man was arrested on various drug charges Tuesday evening, July 31, 2018 by Sheriff's Deputies after a suspicious person complaint was dispatched by the 911 Center.
At approximately 8:30pmET, Deputy Brandon Smith arrived at Lee's Ford Apartments on West Hwy 80 and made contact with an individual in the parking lot. Donald R. Dillon, 27, who was a resident of the apartments, was unsteady on his feet and appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Deputy Smith detected the smell of marijuana coming from Dillon's apartment and was granted permission to search the residence for illegal substances. The search resulted in the discovery of 2.1 grams of methamphetamine, a quantity of small baggies, scales, LSD in tin foil and $1,242 in cash.
Donald R. Dillon was placed under arrest and charged with: Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (>or =2 grams Methamphetamine); Possession of Marijuana; Drug Paraphernalia-Buy or Possess; Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (LSD).
Dillon was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center without further incident.
