The water in certain areas of Russell County will be shut down this week in order to do scheduled maintenance. Water will be turned off on Bluebird Drive, a section of Lakeway Drive from the Cumberland Parkway down to Hwy 127, including Remington Estates and the Jimmy Avenue area. This will take place at approx. 8:00amCT on Thursday, September 13, 2018 and these areas will be under a Boil Water Advisory after the water is turned back on. The advisory will be lifted as soon as results are received, possibly by midday on Friday, September 14, 2018.
