On Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 1:19pmET, Pulaski County 911 received a call of an accident involving injuries on KY HWY 39 and Talon Way. Deputies reported that a 2004 Honda van driven by Michael T. Reilly, 67, of Eubank, KY was traveling southbound on KY 39 when he lost control of his vehicle and overturned multiple times. Mr. Reilly was ejected from his vehicle and was flown from the scene by Air Methods to the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY for treatment of injuries. His medical condition is unknown at this time.  

Pulaski County Sheriff's Office Deputies were assisted at the scene by Somerset EMS, Somerset Fire and Air Methods.

The investigation is ongoing by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office.
