AN ESCAPEE FROM THE WORK CAMP IN LIBERTY IS NOW BACK IN CUSTODY.
LIBERTY POLICE REPORTED THAT 46-YEAR-OLD JENNIFER SHACKELFORD HAD WALKED AWAY SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT LAST NIGHT. SHE WAS BEING HELD ON CHARGES OF THEFT, TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS, AND THEFT OF IDENTITY. SHACKELFORD WAS FOUND WALKING ON BRYANT RIDGE AROUND 11AM THIS MORNING (WEDNESDAY) AND TAKEN BACK INTO CUSTODY.
Liberty Police on the lookout for an escaped inmate please say 46 year old Jennifer Shackelford of Middlesboro walked away from the Work Camp last night on Campbellsville Street.
She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with grey sweatpants she took a shower curtain and a small black bag with her.
She was being held on charges of theft, tampering with a witness and theft of identity. Jennifer Shackelford described as 5 feet 4 inches tall about 180 lb with dark curly hair. Any one with information as to her whereabouts asked to contact law enforcement or Liberty Police at 606-787-6371.
