On Thursday, September 20, 2018 the Boyle County Sheriff's Office conducted a search warrant at 32 E. Madison Ave. in the city of Danville, KY. This was initiated due to findings made during a lengthy drug investigation in Danville. Sheriff Robbins and numerous deputies discovered approximately 800 dosage units of Fentanyl, a very dangerous schedule II narcotic, hidden within the apartment. Deputies also discovered a large amount of cash.
Lamar M. Ford, 30, of Danville, KY was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) and Driving on a Suspended License.
Primary investigating Deputies are Casey McCoy, Keith Addison and Tanner Abbott.
Ford was lodged in the Boyle County Detention Center.
