The Pulaski County Major Crimes Task Force is conducting a homicide investigation involving a Eubank woman who was found deceased inside her home early this morning, November 1, 2018 on Goodhope Church Road in Eubank. The victim has been identified as Johnnie Faye Davis, age 59.
The Task Force identified a suspect in the case by the name of Brad Allen McMahan, age 34 from Maryville, Tennessee (Blount County) in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. Officers from the Task Force had been searching for Mr. McMahan throughout the day as well as following up on tips concerning the investigation.
At approximately 3:36 PM, acting on a tip, the Somerset Police Department stopped a pickup truck being operated by Brad McMahan. Mr. McMahan was subsequently arrested for the murder of Johnnie Faye Davis.
An autopsy will be performed in the morning (November 2, 2018) in Frankfort. McMahan will be lodged in the Pulaski County Jail.
