A Russell Co. man was arrested on Tuesday night after a road rage incident.
The incident occurred on Lakeway Drive just after 8:00 pm. 45-year-old Patrick Mark Kimes allegedly got into a verbal dispute with another motorist and parked his vehicle in a residential yard on Lakeway Drive. Kimes was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 1st offense and Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
The Russell Springs Police Department investigated the incident and was assisted by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
