On Tuesday, December 4, 2018 Columbia Police Officer Drew Conn arrested 34 year old Timothy Russell of Russell Springs, KY on Burkesville St. in Columbia. Russell was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st offense, Theft by Unlawful Taking u/$500 (shoplifting), Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Russell was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Officer Drew Conn who was assisted by Adair County Sheriff’s Deputy Josh Durbin.
