A Somerset man was hurt when his 2015 Toyota Corolla left the roadway and collided with a tree on Friday.
According to Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck, Deputy Zach Mayfield responded to the scene six miles north on Highway 39 just after 4pm Friday. The driver, 72 year old Gary Coleman, stated a medical condition may have been a contributing factor in the cause of the crash. Mr. Coleman was treated at the scene by Pulaski County EMS, then transported to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Deputy Bruce Blevins and Dabney Volunteer Fire Department personnel assisted at the scene.
