Billy Joe Bennett, 42, of Russell Springs, KY has pleaded guilty to 144 counts of Rape, Sodomy & Incest.
Bennett was arrested in October, 2017 and indicted on these charges in November, 2017. According to the indictment, the victim was less than 12 years old when the crimes were committed. The Commonwealth has recommended a sentence of 30 years in prison; formal sentencing is set for April 23, 2019 at 9:00amCT.
