- Kathryn Marie Hadley, 38, Columbia - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Marijuana; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Kaysie m. Matthews, 36, Columbia - Tampering with Physical Evidence
- William Earl Corbin, 34, Columbia - Assault, 3rd degree (3 counts); Custodial Interference; Menacing; Obstructing Governmental Operations; Resisting Arrest
- Alisha Burton, 22, Columbia - Assault, 3rd degree; Custodial Interference; Menacing
- Darrin E. Walters, 51, Columbia - Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 4th or subsequent offense (aggravating circumstance); Fleeing or Evading Police, 1st & 2nd degree; No Operator's License; Failure to Produce Insurance Card; Failure to Notify Dept. of Transportation of Address Change
- Timothy G. Russell, 34, Russell Springs - Possession of Methamphetamine; Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of Marijuana; Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/etc.; Carrying a Concealed Weapon
- Samuel Joseph Hicks, 40, Marysville, Tennessee - Sodomy, 3rd degree; Rape, 3rd degree; Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, 1st degree; Prohibited Use of Electronic Means Originating or Received within the Commonwealth of Kentucky to Induce a Minor to Engage in Sexual or Other Prohibited Activity (2 counts). The indictments are a result of Hicks coming to KY and engaging in sexual intercourse with a female under 16 years of age.
- Matthew L. Sroka, 32, Columbia - Sexual Abuse, 1st degree
- Lucas B. Parnell, 40, and Jeannie M. Wheeler, 42, Columbia - Burglary, 2nd degree; Theft by Unlawful Taking $500 or more; Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree. Lucas Parnell was also indicted for Burglary, 3rd degree, a second count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (under $500), and for being a Persistent Felony Offender
