• On Thursday, Casey County Deputy Tim Pierce assisted by Chief Deputy Bryan Shepard, arrested Jonathan D. Brown, 38, of Singleton Dr. during a traffic stop at Gateway Park. Brown was arrested on five Casey County bench warrants for failure to pay court costs, fees, or fines on four charges of theft by deception-include cold checks under $500. Brown was also arrested on an Adair County bench warrant for theft by deception-include cold checks under $500. Brown was also served an indictment warrant for theft by unlawful taking or disp all others $500 or more but under $10,000, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot), and public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
• Sara P. Maynard, 21 of Dunnville, arrested by Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle for Reckless Driving, DUI, Possession of Controlled Substance-3rd Degree (drug unspecified), & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
