Kentucky State Police are seeking assistance from the public in attempting to locate 17-year-old Hayley Brown of Liberty, KY. Hayley is a white female, 5’6”, 165lbs with brown hair & blue eyes. She was last seen on Murphy Wolford Rd in Casey County on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at approximately 3:00pmET.
