On Monday, Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle, along with Deputies Jayson Grider, Bruce Blevins and Nick Scott arrested Eric L. Terry, 36, of Michael Drive. Terry admitted to taking a table saw and some electrical wiring during a burglary/theft on January 24, 2019. Terry is charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500 and burglary 3rd degree.

Dallas L. Overton, 27 of Burnside, arrested by Burnside Police for Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle, No Insurance, No Registration Receipt, & DUI.

Willie J. Willis, age 34, arrested by Danville Police for Fleeing/Evading Police-1st Degree (on foot), Assault-4th Degree (Domestic Violence), Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, Disorderly Conduct-1st Degree, & Resisting Arrest.
