* Until 515 PM CST Wednesday.
* At 1114 AM CST, phone calls to county and state road departments
reported light to moderate rain from Tompkinsville to Edmonton to
Columbia to Russell Springs to Albany. They report all ditches and
culverts are bankfull and some county roads are closed due to high
water. All are very concerned about additional rainfall leading to
future flooding of roadways.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and additional
rainfall amounts of a around an inch this afternoon will
cause flooding.

Columbia, Tompkinsville, Albany, Jamestown, Edmonton, Burkesville,
Leslie, Russell Springs, Gamaliel and Fountain Run.
