Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle arrested Jermaine C. Graham, 24, of Russell Springs on Tuesday. Graham was arrested on a Pulaski County warrant for failure appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and shock probation in felony convictions.
