- Brandon Gadberry, 38, of Russell Springs, Marsh England, 41, & Matthew Sroka, 32, of Columbia were served Bench Warrants for Court
- Craig Sneed, 44, Columbia - arrested by KSP on Tuesday for Speeding; Careless Driving; Driving on a DUI Suspended License, 1st offense; Failure to Wear Seat Belt; and Failure to Produce Insurance Card
- Juan Navrro, 29, Columbia - arrested Monday by the Columbia Police Dept. for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 1st offense; Failure of Non-Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance; and Leaving the Scene of an Accident
- Tasha Spaulding, 32, Columbia - arrested on Monday by the Adair Co. Sheriff's Office on a Fugitive from Another State warrant

- Jonathan McElroy, 36, Russell Springs - arrested Tuesday by KSP for Contempt of Court Libel/Slander Resistance to Order
- Joshua Eugene York, 32 Russell Springs - arrested Monday by the R.S. Police Dept. for Assault, 4th degree (Domestic Violence); Menacing; Parole Violation (for technical violation)
- Amanda Woodrum, 29, Russell Springs - arrested Monday by Probation and Parole on a warrant from another police agency, a bench warrant for court, and for Probation Violation
- Brandon Tyler Bratcher, 25, Monticello - arrested Monday by the R.S. Police Dept. for Possession of Marijuana & Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Methamphetamine), 1st degree; Possession of a Control Substance, 2nd degree (Drug Unspecified), and was served a parole violation warrant
