Earlier this week, the Casey County Sheriff's Office posted their Most Wanted list on social media. One person listed was taken into custody Wednesday.
Sheriff Chad Weddle, along with Deputy Brian Sears, Liberty Police Chief Steven Garrett, K9 Mako, and Constable Darren Wesley using information obtained from the sheriff's office tip line, arrested Stephanie D. Luttrell, 46, of W KY 70. Luttrell was arrested at Monticello Bank and was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia. Luttrell was also served a bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500. Luttrell was also served a bench warrant for a probation violation on charges of DUI, no insurance, no registration plates, 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree - drug unspecified, drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender, probation (for felony offense), shock probation in felony convictions, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified).
She was lodged in the Casey County Jail.
