On Thursday, Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle, along with Deputy Jayson Grider and Probation and Parole Officer Keith Price, made 2 arrests:

• Joshua M. Weddle, 39, of Weddle Dr., Liberty, KY - arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 3rd or greater offense (methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana & Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. He was also served a warrant for Parole Violation.
• Latasha N. Popplewell, 31, of Russell Springs, KY - arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Popplewell was served a Russell County warrant for Failure to Pay court Costs, Fees, or Fines on charges of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree (drug unspecified). She was also served a Boyle County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card and unlawful access to computer 2nd degree, an Adair County warrant for failure to appear on charges of Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (excluding alcohol) and Criminal Trespassing 3rd degree, a Taylor County warrant for Probation Violation on charges of Burglary 3rd degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (shoplifting under $500), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Prescription Controlled Substance not in proper container,1st offense.
   

Weddle & Popplewell were lodged in the Casey County Jail.

• Kelly D. Gimple, 40 of Pendleton, IN - arrested by Pulaski County Sheriff's Office for Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm), & Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.
• Ashley N. Acrey, 28 of Monticello, KY - arrested by KSP for Speeding (26 mph over limit), Improper Equipment, Careless Driving, No Insurance, & DUI.
• Jennifer A. Lopez Maldonado, 35, of Monticello, KY - arrested by KSP for DUI, & Failure to Notify DOT of an Address Change.
• Shane R. Savage, 44 of Monticello, KY - arrested by Pulaski County Sheriff's Office for Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (drug unspecified), Possession of Marijuana, Tampering with Physical Evidence, & Promoting Contraband-1st Degree.
• Ignacio Brasfield, 37 of Hustonville, KY - arrested by Pulaski County Sheriff's Office for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, & Tampering with Physical Evidence.
• Frances D. Quesenberry, 31 of Somerset, KY - arrested by KSP for Speeding (15 mph over limit), Reckless Driving, Failure to Wear Seat Belts, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, No Insurance, No Registration Plates/Receipt, & DUI.
• Charles E. Jasper, 30 of Somerset, KY - arrested by Somerset Police for Burglary-3rd Degree, & Terroristic Threatening-3rd Degree.

Lodged in the Pulaski County Jail.

• Matthew Leibrock,19 - arrested by Harodsburg Police for DUI, Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Operator's License, & Possession of Marijuana & Drug Paraphernalia.

Lodged in the Boyle County Jail.

• Christen J. Fields, 25 of Lancaster, KY - arrested by Lancaster Police for 2 counts of Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Heroin), & Possession of Marijuana & Drug Paraphernalia.

Lodged in the Lincoln County Jail.
