On Friday, Casey County Deputy Jayson Grider assisted by Deputy Brian Sears served warrants on Christopher M. Sirk, 24, of KY 49 and Candance M. Curry, 32, of Somerset. Sirk was arrested on a Pulaski County bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator license. Sirk was also charged with possession of marijuana. Curry was arrested on a Pulaski County bench warrant for failure to pay court costs, fees, or fines on charges of assault 4th degree (no visible injury) and resisting arrest.
