FRANKFORT, Ky. -- A bill that would ban tobacco products in Kentucky public schools has passed through the House.
House Bill 11 bans the use of tobacco and e-cigarettes on the grounds of K-12 public schools. It passed on a vote of 85-11. Critics of the measure argue it's not necessary because many schools already implement similar rules. It now heads to the Senate.
