Donnie Dwayne Norris, 35, and Stepanie Cope, 26, both of Burkesville, KY were arrested this morning (Wed.) by the Cumberland County Sheriffs Office for Assault, 4th degree (domestic violence) No Visible Injury; Endangering the Welfare of a Minor; and Menacing. Stephanie Cope also charged with an additional 4th degree Assault charge with Minor Injury. Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
