Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck is requesting the assistance of the public in helping locate a missing female from the Science Hill area of northern Pulaski County. Joyce Ard is 73 years old with brown eyes and brown hair. She is 5’4” and weighs approximately 135 pounds. She was last seen on March 12, 2019 around noon. She has a valid driver’s license and left in a Chevrolet Malibu, 4 door, white passenger car on her way to Somerset, Kentucky for a doctor’s appointment. The car has a valid KY license plate, 294-GHS. Joyce Ard does have some medical conditions that require treatment.
