Liberty KY (March 18, 2019) – Kentucky State Police is seeking assistance from the public in attempting to locate 17-year-old Hayley Brown of Liberty, KY. Hayley is a white female, 5’ 6 ”tall, 165lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen on Murphy Wolford Rd in Liberty, KY on February 26, 2019 at approximately 8:30pmET.

This is the 2nd time this year Hayley has went missing. She was reported missing on February 10th and was located safe on February 22nd and released to the custody of her guardian.
