• Casey County Court Security Officer Roger Vaughn arrested Michelle Ann Perry, 28, of Liberty Manor, on a bench warrant of failure to pay court costs, fees, or fines on charges of permitting unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified).
• Using information received from their anonymous tip line, Sheriff Chad Weddle, Liberty Police Chief Steven Garrett, and Constable Darrin Wesley arrested Belinda Spears, 38, of Liberty Manor. Spears was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender, and trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
• Also arrested was Bethany M. Roberts, 24, of Liberty Manor for hindering prosecution or apprehension 2nd degree.
• Casey Sheriff's Deputy Robin Lynn served an indictment warrant and a bench warrant on Gregory Warren Atwood, 32, of Jackie Dr. Atwood was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense and drug paraphernalia. Atwood was also served a bench warrant for failure to appear on 2 counts of theft by deception-include cold checks under $500.
• Amanda J. Lay, 40 of Dunnville, arrested by Liberty Police Chief Garrett for Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree/2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, & Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance.

• David W. Lloyd, 31 of Somerset, arrested by Somerset Police for Identity Theft, Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Methamphetamine), & Tampering with Physical Evidence.
• William D. Duncan, 46 of Somerset, arrested by Somerset Police for DUI-2nd Offense.
