CAMPBELLSVILLE 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION ANNOUNCES THEME & GRAND MARSHAL FOR 2019

The Campbellsville Fourth of July Celebration is proud to announce  this year’s theme is “Moments in Time!”  This theme is in conjunction with the announcement of this year’s Grand Marshal, Richard Robards. Richard is a former publisher for the Central Kentucky New Journal. For the past several months he has been sending us back in time by posting old file photos from the News Journal since the 1970’s. Seeing how these old photos have made such an impact in our community and has inspired us all to “reflect back” , we are honored to name Richard as our Grand Marshal and we hope you’ll join us by participating in this year’s events.

Civic groups, churches, businesses, and organizations are encouraged to sign up for the Taylor Regional Hospital parade, and to create a float based off one of Richard’s photos or some “moment in time” that is special to you! Whether it be a high school reunion, sporting event, or even just a photo that has a special meaning to your organization, these floats will be a reflection of what our community has meant to us.

Stay tuned to 99.9 the Big Dawg and www.CampbellsvilleFourthOfJuly.com for more info to come. Campbellsville Fourth of July Celebration will be celebrating 44 years this year. Come be a part of “Moments in time”!
