Otterson, 29, Columbia - arrested after midnight on Saturday night by KSP and charged with Speeding; Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License; Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree (Police Officer); Fleeing or Evading Police, 1st degree (motor vehicle); Improper Windshield; Reckless Driving; Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance; Failure to Register or Transfer Motor Vehicle
- Bobby J Spencer, 42, Columbia - arrested on Friday by the ACSO on a Fugitive From Another State Warrant. Spencer was also served a Bench Warrant for Court
- Tonya Dykes, 40, Branson, Missouri - arrested Sunday for Theft by Deception (including cold checks)
All were lodged in the Adair Co. Regional Jail.
RUSSELL CO. ARRESTS
- Bradley Worley, 39, Russell Springs - arrested on Sunday afternoon by the RCSO for Assault, 4th degree (minor injuries)
- Kent Chisenhall, 44, Russell Springs - arrested early this morning (Monday) by the RSPD for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/DRugs; Failure to Register or Transfer Motor Vehicle; No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt, Failure to Produce insurance Card; Failure to Maintain Required Insurance, 2nd offense; Failure to Notify Dept. of Transportation of Address Change; & Terroristic Threatening, 3rd degree
- Michael Robertson, 43, Jamestown - arrested by the Jamestown Police Dept. for Assault, 4th degree (minor injuries)
- David Smith, 21, Russell Springs - arrested on Sunday by KSP for DUI; Assault, 4th degree (domestic violence) minor injuries; Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle; Criminal Mischief, 1st degree; & Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, 3rd degree.
All lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
