Two people injured in an ATV accident in Casey County on Friday.
Casey County Sheriff's Deputies Geoffrey Brown and Vance Davis responded to the scene at the junction of Linnie Rheber Rd and Green River Valley Rd.
The driver of the ATV was Justin Cooper, 39, of Junction City. Cooper along with his 9 year old son were were flown to UK Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Cooper was charged with DUI, driving on suspended or revoked operator license, and disregarding a stop sign.
