1st Item: Motion to Approve minutes from the March 4, 2019 Regular Called Meeting.
2nd Item: Second reading of Ordinance No. 450.14, "An ordinance creating a franchise for the erection, laying and maintenance of electric facilities and apprutenant facilities and equipment in, along and across the public ways, roads, streets, alleys and other public places in the City of Columbia, Kentucky: for furnishing and selling electricity by emans of said facilities; and providing for the sale of said franchise.
3rd Item: Motion to change part of the Feasibility Grant Study to remove the Retail Academy Study upon approval by USDA.
4th Item: Motion to pay a portion of the annual fireworks no to exceed $2,500.
