• On Tuesday, Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle and Deputy Bruce Blevins arrested William R Rowland, 30, of Liberty, on a Casey County indictment warrant for charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (meth), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Rowland was also arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for child support.
• On Monday, Sheriff Weddle arrested Chad Atwood, 40, of Liberty. Atwood was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense (meth). Atwood was also indicted on charges of receiving stolen property under $10,000, persistent felony offender, and tampering with physical evidence.
• On Monday, Casey County Deputy Robin Lynn and Probation & Parole Officer Patrick Campbell arrested Keith Taylor, 45, of Dunnville on a Casey County indictment warrant. Taylor is indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (meth), no registration plates, improper registration plate, no insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no registration receipt, and no operators license.
• On Monday, Sheriff Chad Weddle arrested Carla Wilcher, 51, of Liberty. Wilcher was arrested on a warrant for a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disp purse snatching under $500. Wilcher was also served an indictment warrant for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (heroin).
• Harley R. Meeks, 19 of Liberty, arrested by Casey County Deputy Shepard for Burglary-3rd Degree, & Theft by Unlawful Taking (over $500).
• Warren G. Atwood, 32 of Liberty, arrested by Casey County Constable Loy for Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree/2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance-2nd Degree (drug unspecified), & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Lodged in the Casey County Jail.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
