A Russell County Grand Jury has returned the following indictments:
- Valerie Crabtree, 23, & Harry Bradfield, 32 of Russell Springs - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth); Endangering the welfare of a minor; Unlawful Transaction with a Minor; Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Cody J. Overby, 26, Jamestown - Sodomy, 3rd degree; Rape, 3rd degree; two counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor; and being a Persistent Felony Offender
- Joshua Keen, 42, Campbellsville - Retaliating Against a Participant in the Legal Process
- Timothy Passmore, 39, Liberty - Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500, and being a Persistent Felony Offender
- Virginia Adkins, 37, Russell Springs - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth); Possession of Marijuana; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Ravin Davis, 24, Jamestown - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth), and Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500
- Tara Duncan, 20, Liberty, William Luttrell, 22, Liberty, and Sara Maynard, 21, Dunnville - each indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Michael S. Moon, 46, McAlester, Oklahoma - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth); Possession of Marijuana; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Melanie Burkhart, 49, & Johnathan Davis, 37, of Russell Springs - Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500, and being Persistent Felony Offenders
- Davis was also indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Meth); Tampering with Physical Evidence; and being a Persistent Felony Offender
