A Marion County man has been arrested after shooting his brother following a dispute.
On Tuesday, April 23, 2019 KSP from Post 15 in Columbia were dispatched to the Taylor/Marion County line where Joseph Lambert Livers allegedly shot his brother, Walter Livers, multiple times. Walter Livers was transported to a Louisville hospital with multiple gunshot wounds and Joseph Lambert Livers is charged with Assault,1st degree and Wanton Endangerment.
Kentucky State Police Post 15 says the investigation is continueing.
