On Thursday, Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle charged Carolyn Foley, 39, of Liberty with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (meth) and promoting contraband 1st degree after Mrs. Foley was found with drugs inside the jail.
While patrolling on Red Hill Rd, Sheriff Chad Weddle approached two vehicles parked in a field. Brandon S. York, 31, of Russell Springs and Misty Pascoe, 37, of Liberty were arrested on probation warrants. York was also charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (meth), drug paraphernalia, no insurance, and no registration plates. Pascoe was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (meth), drug paraphernalia, and trafficking in marijuana 1st offense. Sheriff Weddle later charged York with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (meth) and promoting contraband 1st degree after drugs were found in his cell.
