An Adair County Grand Jury has returned the following indictments:
- Angela Naomi Robinson, 40, Columbia- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine);
- Phillip L. Miller, 29, Columbia- Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree (3 counts); Fleeing or Evading Police; Resisting Arrest; No/Expired Registration Plates; Operating a Vehicle with Expired Operator’s License
- Randy D. Morgan, 26, Columbia - Fleeing/Evading Police; Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree
- David R. Miller, 48, Columbia & Daniel Cagney Burton, 34, Columbia - Both indicted for Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500 but less than $10,000. According to the indictment Miller & Burton stole a 1962 Dodge log truck from Charles Nathan Burton. Daniel Burton was also indicted for being a Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd degree.
- Derek Otterson, 29, Columbia - Speeding (26mph or more over the limit); Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operator’s License; Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree (Police Officer); Fleeing or Evading Police; Improper Windshield; Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance; Failure to Register the Transfer of a Motor Vehicle; No Tail Lamps
- Joseph W. Trumpis, 41, Columbia - Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 2nd or subsequent offense (2 grams or more of Methamphetamine); Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 3rd or subsequent offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 3rd or subsequent offense (Hydrocodone); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Tampering with Physical Evidence; Persistent Felony Offender, 1st degree
- Amanda M. Northrup, 21, Columbia - Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree (Suboxone); Promoting Contraband, 1st degree
- Joseph Clark, 20, Columbia - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Fleeing or Evading Police; Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm)
