A Liberty woman was arrested Thursday on a Fugitive Warrant from another state.
Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle, arrested 55-year-old Judy A. Russell, of 511 Walnut Hill Road, on an outstanding warrant from Ohio for Possession of Cocaine. She was lodged in the Casey County Jail.
