2 Tennessee men were arrested in Russell Co. on Sunday morning, May 12, 2019 following a traffic stop.
Donald Lee Cooper, 53, of Cookeville, Tennessee and James Ryan Handy, 36, of Livingston, Tennessee were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Cooper was also charged with Failure to Appear and Non-Payment of Court Costs, Fees or Fines.
Both men were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center by Russell County Deputy Sheriff Nathan Ginn.

- Douglas Wayne Polston, 55, Russell Springs - arrested Monday evening by the RSPD for Registered Sex Offender Residence Restrictions, 1st offense
