The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 6 p.m. in Columbia City Hall.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
- Request for zone change from R2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to C2 Highway Oriented Commercial for a lot located at 511 Burkesville Street (PVA Map No. 000-05 05-004.00). The purpose is to re-locate an auto sales business. Property owned by Dustin Brockman.
The hearing is open to the public.
