***UPDATE*** Burkesville, KY (August 2, 2019) - Del Quinton Warner, 49, of Liberty, KY was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail following the injury collision that occurred on KY90 in Cumberland County on Friday night.
Warner was charged with:
- Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (.04)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree
