An Adair County Grand Jury has returned indictments against the following individuals:

1. Jamie Gail Flatt, 26, of Melson Ridge Rd., Columbia, KY - Driving DUI suspended license, 3rd offense;  No/Expired registration plates; Failure to produce insurance card; Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense; Failure to wear seat belt; Booster seat violations; No registration receipt; and Failure to use child restraint device in vehicle.
2. Carlos R. Grant, 45, of Bomar Heights St., Columbia, KY - Trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine); Persistent felony offender, 1st degree; and Possession of drug paraphernalia. 
3. Christopher Lynn Pelston, 40, of Felton Fudge Rd., Columbia, KY - 3 counts of Sexual abuse, 1st degree
4. Ruben James Smith, 41, of Gaston Ave., Columbia, KY - 12 Counts of Theft of identity; 5 Counts of Theft by unlawful taking/disposition, $500 or more but under $10,000; and 6 Counts of Theft by unlawful taking/disposition, under $500;
5. Lisa M. Boston, 40, of Gaston Ave., Columbia, KY - 12 Counts of Theft of identity; 5 Counts of Theft by unlawful taking/disposition, $500 or more but under $10,000; and 6 Counts of Theft by unlawful taking/disposition, under $500
6. Wesley A. Pitcock, 33, of E. Front St., Columbia, KY - 2 Counts of Burglary, 3rd degree; 2 Counts of Theft by unlawful taking/disposition, $500 or more but under $10,000; 5 Counts of Persistent felony offender, 1st degree; and Criminal mischief, 1st degree
7. Roger Dean Weston, 33, of S. Hwy 76, Russell Springs, KY - Receiving stolen property, $500 or more but less than $10,000; 4 Counts of Persistent felony offender, 1st degree; Trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or subsequent offense (Methamphetamine); Tampering with physical evidence; and Obscuring the identity of a machine
8. Dana M. Kinnett, 43, of D. Mann Rd., Jamestown, KY - Receiving stolen property, $500 or more but less than $10,000; Trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or subsequent offense (Methamphetamine); 3 Counts of Persistent felony offender, 1st degree; and Tampering with physical evidence. 
9. Justin A. Gilpatrick, 26, of Allen Schoolhouse Rd., Columbia, KY - Receiving stolen property, $500 or more but less than $10,000; and Trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine). 
10. Jonathan W. Loy, 29, of Burkesville St., Columbia, KY - Theft by unlawful taking/disposition, $500 or more but under $10,000. 
11. Eric D. Rowe, 34, of W. Barbee St., Columbia, KY - Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; Persistent felony offender, 1st degree; Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 3rd or subsequent offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of drug paraphernalia; and Possession of marijuana.
