A domestic dispute off North 127 in Russell Springs, KY on Thursday, August 15, 2019 resulted in the arrest of a Russell Co. man on drug & other charges.
According to Russell Co. Sheriff Derek Polston, 23-year-old Jaylan Waddell of Russell Springs, KY was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Assault, 4th degree (Domestic Violence). Deputy Kenny Perkins is the investigating officer; Chief Deputy Jerry Melton assisted at the scene.
