On Wednesday, August 14th, 30-year-old Logan Adam Sprague of Russell Springs, KY was arrested in the Webb's Cross Roads community on a warrant charging him with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense (Methamphetamine). Deputy Luke Hughes made the arrest that stemmed from an investigation by Deputy Nathan Ginn of the Russell County Sheriffs office. This case will be presented to a Russell County Grand Jury.
