Russell County Sheriff Derek Polston reports a second search warrant was executed on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at a residense just outside the city limits of Jamestown. This comes a few short months of a previous search warrant at the same residence.
Two individuals were arrested: 55-year-old Ricky Dale Bernard and 57-year-old Phillip M. Bernard. Both were taken into custody at their residense off Fox Point Road in Jamestown and charged with Trafficking in Marijuana (over 8 ounces & less than 5 pounds) 2nd offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
