Russell County Sheriff Derek Polston reports that on Sunday evening, September 15, 2019 a search warrant was executed at 100 Walnut Lane (Hwy 1680) in the Bernard Ridge/Pleasant Hill area by members of the Russell Co. Sheriffs Office. Three individuals were arrested at the scene. 47-year-old Phillip Sutton and 55-year-old Kathy Sutton, both of Jamestown, KY were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana (less than 8oz), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Phillip Grider, age 41, was also arrested and served with 3 outstanding warrants for Flagrant Non-Support.
