Two Russell Co. men were indicted on burglary & other charges in connection with several area churches being broken into. The churches include: Creelsboro Christian Church, Temple Hill Community Church, Mt. Vernon Church, Grider's Chapel, Coffey's Grove, First Baptist Church, Good Tidings Church, & Faith Independent Church.
 
Noah Adam Foley, 18, and Luke Lawhorn,19, both of Jamestown, KY - indicted for 7 counts of Burglary, 3rd degree; 7 counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500; 8 counts of Criminal Mischief, 1st degree; 7 counts of Unlawful Transaction With a Minor, 2nd degree; 3 counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary, 3rd degree

Miller, 28, Columbia, KY - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine); Possession of Marijuana; Possession of Drug Parahernalia; Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License; No registration Receipt; No Registration Plates; Failure of Non-Owner to Maintain Insurance; Failure to Produce Insurance Card; and No Operator's License
 
Mark Deel, 39, Jamestown, KY and Carrie Johnson, 40, Russell Springs, KY - Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Methamphetamine); Tampering With Physical Evidence; Posssession of Drug Paraphernalia; and for being Persistent Felony Offenders
 
Ronnie Lawless, 63, Jamestown, KY - Crminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 1st Degree. According to the indictment, Lawless possessed a forged $100 dollar bill and passed the bill at McDonald's knowing it was forged.
 
Melissa Pike, 40, Russell Springs, KY - Theft of Property Delivered by Mistake; Tampering with Physical Evidence
 
Christopher Austin, 44, Liberty, KY - Receiving Stolen Property over $500; DUI, 2nd Offense; Failure to Produce Insurance Card; No registration Receipt; Terroristic Threatening; Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle
 
Jonathan Davis, 37, Russell Springs, KY - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
 
Phillip Bernard, 57, and Ricky D. Bernard, 55, both of Jamestown, KY - 2 counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, 2nd or Greater Offense; Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree, 2nd or Greater Offense (Gabapentin); Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree, 2nd or Greater Offense (Clonazepam); Tampering With Physical Evidence; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Phillip Bernard also indicted for Resisting Arrest.
 
Brenda J. Hammond, 56, Jamestown, KY - Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine); Tampering With Physical Evidence; and for being a Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree

Latisha Goff, 32, Jamestown, KY - Bail Jumping, 1st Degree
 
Damian Anderson, 45, Russell Springs, KY - Bail jumping (2 counts); Pesistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree
